Travel tips for Epcot at WDW

  1. Hire a Disney Earmarked Travel Agent. I work for Mickey World Travel and all my services are free!
  2. Epcot will usually allow you to enter the park a few minutes early, be sure to go straight to Soarin and Test Track!
  3. World Showcase will open after (usually 11am) Future World.
  4. IllumiNations is a great fireworks show that will start about the same time as park closing time. Be sure to get a good seat early for best viewing. The fireworks will be shot out of the middle of World Showcase Lagoon, so you can usually see it pretty good from all around the lagoon.
  5. Spaceship Earth is a nice lengthy ride with usually not too long of a wait. The wait time are usually longest first thing in the morning, as the crowds usually like to ride this first. Enjoy a few other rides then come back to this one.
  6. Soarin is hands down my favorite attraction at Disney, as it is for many people. With that being said, get your fastness for this!!
  7. As you exit The Seas with Nemo an Friends, you will see Turtle Talk with Crush. This is a must do! Crush is interactive on the screen, but made to look as though he is in a tank. He talks to the kids and allows them to ask questions. Totally awesome dudes!!
  8. Check out Club Cool, located next to innovations West. Sample beverages from different countries and get the camera ready for when your family taste Beverly!
  9. Chase Disney Visa Cardholders: You can receive a personal meet and greet, once a day, everyday at Epcot during select times. You also will receive a free photo of your choice.
  10. Mission Space is the only attraction that has mild and wild version to it. If you are unsure if you would like it, try the mild version first! My 11-year-old LOVES the more intense ride.
